Epidemiology
Ang Hepatitis B ay isang nakakahawang sakit na may sugat sa atay at maraming organ na dulot ng hepatitis B virus (HBV). Karamihan sa mga tao ay nakakaranas ng mga sintomas tulad ng matinding pagkapagod, pagkawala ng gana sa pagkain, lower limbs o buong katawan edema, hepatomegaly, atbp. 5% ng mga pasyenteng nasa hustong gulang at 95% ng mga bata na pasyente na nahawahan mula sa kanilang ina ay hindi maaaring linisin ang HBV virus nang mahusay sa patuloy na impeksiyon at pag-unlad sa liver cirrhosis o pangunahing liver cell carcinoma.

Mga inirerekomendang extraction reagents: Macro at Micro-TestVirusDNA/RNA Kit (HWTS-3017) (na maaaring gamitin sa Macro & Micro-Test Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor (HWTS-EQ011)) ng Jiangsu Macro & Micro-Test Med-Tech Co., Ltd.. Dapat magsimula ang pagkuha ayon sa IFU ng extraction reagent. Ang kinuhang sample volume ay 200µL at ang inirerekomendang elution volume ay 80 μL.
Mga inirerekomendang extraction reagents: Nucleic Acid Extraction o Purification Reagents (YDP315). Ang pagkuha ay dapat na magsimula sa mahigpit na alinsunod sa IFU. Ang kinuhang sample volume ay 200µL at ang inirerekomendang elution volume ay 100 μL.
